具有简易程控功能的脉冲功率放大模块设计

Design of a Pulse Power Amplifier Module with Simple Program-control Function

基于4路L波段LDMOS功放管合成,通过关闭支路的方式实现简易程控功能,本文成功实现一款1600W固态脉冲功率放大模块,并具有3档(2.5d B,6d B,12d B)程控衰减的功能;该脉冲功率放大模块可应用于航管频段的ATC询问发射机中,测试结果验证设计的有效性。

In this paper, a 1600 W pulse power amplifier module is realized with simple program-control function by closing the branch circuit, which is based on combination with four-way LDMOS power amplifiers of L-band。This module has three gears(2.5d B, 6 d B, 12 d B) program-control function. It could be used for transmitter module of ATC interrogator. The measured results show the validity of design.
