摘要 针对目前复杂电磁环境下电子战,本文阐述了控制电磁环境是军事行动成功的关键所在,规范频谱管理可有效控制在电磁环境下的计划、协调与管理,以及技术、战术和程序方面,为制定计划人员和决策人员提供了权威、详细的指导,对加强部队复杂电磁环境下的实战化训练及开展有关研究具有较好的参考价值。 Aiming at the currently electronic warfare in the complicated electromagnetic environment, this paper further makes clear that the control of electromagnetic environment is the key to the success of military operations. Standard spectrum management can effectively control the planning, coordination, management and related techniques, tactics and procedures in the electromagnetic environment. It provides authoritative and detailed guidance for the planners or decision makers, it also has a higher reference to strengthen the combat training of troops in the complex electromagnetic environment and it is helpful to conduct research.
