高功率微波照射下两种典型天线的热效应仿真分析

摘要 高功率微波的峰值功率比常规雷达信号高三到四个数量级,在高功率微波照射下天线自身可产生热效应。以抛物面天线和基片集成波导缝隙天线两种典型材质的天线为例,仿真分析了高功率微波照射下天线的热效应,得出了不同辐照功率下两种天线表面温度的变化规律,并分析了热效应对天线性能的影响,为天线的高功率微波防护提供参考。 The thermal effect of antennas under the irradiation of the high power microwave(HPM) attracts attentions due to the extremely high peak power of the HPM. The thermal effects of two typical antennas, i.e., a parabolic antenna and a SIW slot array, are investigated under the irradiation of the HPM. The relation between the temperature on the surface of the antenna and the irradiation power of the HPM is obtained and the thermal effect to the performance of the antennas are concluded, which is helpful to consider the protection problem of the antenna to the HPM irradiation.
