摘要
介绍了一种低相噪高隔离的相参频率源装置,主要功能为在70mm×80mm×18mm的体积下产生高稳定低相噪接收本振信号和与其相参的激励信号。该装置采用推-推式介质振荡器结合抗振动设计实现了振动状态下高稳定低相噪本振源;采用HFSS仿真高矩形系数的滤波器实现相参激励信号的高本振抑制。实测Ku波段随机振动下相参激励信号相位噪声≤-105dBc/Hz@10kHz,相参激励端口本振信号抑制≥45dB,接收本振端口的相参激励信号泄露≤-90dBm。
This article introduces a kind of low phase noise high isolation coherent oscillator. It has two main functions in 70mm×70mm×18mm space. It generates a high stability and low phase noise receiving local oscillator signal and a coherent drive signal which is coherent. This device selected "push-push" DRO with anti-vibration design achieved a high stability and low phase noise local oscillator; it used HFSS to simulate a high rectangular factor filter to achieve a high RF to LO isolation. We measured Ku-band signal phase-noise≤-105 dBc/Hz@10kHz in vibration, RF to LO isolation in coherent drive port≥45dB, coherent drive signal leak in receiving local oscillator port≤-90 dBm.
