摘要
基于基片集成波导双通带滤波器的设计原理,设计了一种新型的双通带滤波功分器。利用基片集成矩形谐振腔(Substrate-Integrated Rectangular Cavities,SIRCs)在模式TE101,TE102下谐振来分别构造滤波功分器的两个工作频带,第一频带工作模式为TE101,第二频带工作模式为TE102。利用两个工作频带的外部品质因数之比与耦合系数之比来设计对应端口及耦合窗口的位置和尺寸,即可使两个通带参数同时达到设计要求。本文设计的滤波功分器第一工作频带中心频率为7.5GHz,带宽为0.3GHz,相对带宽△1为4.11%;第二工作频带中心频率为11.7GHz,带宽为0.6GHz,相对带宽△2为5.1%,具有低损耗、体积小、重量轻、和微带线易于集成等优点。
A novel dual-band filter-divider is presented in this paper based on the theory of substrate-integrated waveguide(SIW) dual-band filters. TE101 and TE102 modes in substrate-integrated rectangular cavities(SIRCs) are exploited to dominate the first and second passbands, respectively. The design parameters required for both passbands can be realized by determining proper offset positions of the feeding ports and coupling windows, which can be fixed by ratios of synthesized Qe and Mij for the two bands, respectively. This dual-band filter-divider operates at 7.5 GHz and 11.7 GHz with the bandwidths of 0.3 GHz, 0.6GHz and the FBWs of △1 = 4.11% and △2= 5.1%. It has the advantages of low loss, small size, light weight and it is easy to integrate with microstrip lines.
