摘要
采用双层基片集成波导(SIW)实现四通带滤波器。设计中采用SIW腔体,利用微扰通孔调节TE101的谐振频率,同时分离简并模式TE201、TE102。该滤波器采用垂直堆叠的两个SIW谐振器,通过接触面上的槽线实现耦合,加上槽线的谐振模式,通过多种模式的耦合形成四通带。与平面结构的混合耦合SIW滤波器相比,具有更小的尺寸。介质基板采用的是Rogers 5880,该滤波器具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、容易加工和集成等优点。
Double-layer substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) is used to design four passband filter. The perturbation is used to adjust the resonant frequency of TE101 of the SIW cavity, while achieving the separation of the degenerate modes TE201 and TE102. The filter uses vertical stacking of two SIW resonators. Slot lines on the contact surface are used to realize the coupling between the two SIW cavities. The slot lines can also produce a resonant mode. Four passband filter is designed. Compared with the planar coupling of the SIW filter, the structure has a smaller size. A compact size, light weight, easy processing and integration advantages can be achieved in our designed filter.
