摘要
为了实现飞行器飞行过程中数据的遥测传输,本文设计了一种S波段小体积、低功耗的遥测发射前端,该发射前端基于PCM-FM遥测体制,传输码速率为1Mbps;采用三维互联MCM高集成和抗振技术,实现体积为φ29×19mm,重量30g,功耗2.5W,可抗冲击过载达20000g;采用级联滤波实现带外杂波抑制度大于100dBc,满足新一代遥测技术功能需求,可用于常规弹药的智能化升级改造,产品水平达到国内领先。
In order to achieve data telemetry-transmission of aircraft during the flight. This paper described a telemetry launch front-end of small volume and low-power consumption. It adopts the telemetering system of PCM/FM, whose transmission rate can be 1Mbps. The size of telemetering launch front-end is only φ29×19mm, the weight is 30 g, and the power consumption can be 2.5W by using miniaturization design method and high-integration of MCM. Besides, the ability to withstand impact and overload can be 20000 g. The degree of restraint outside of the band can be 100 dBc by using cascaded filter. The product can apply for smart upgrade of general ammunition, satisfying of the generation telemetry technology, and the level can be in the lead at home.
