摘要
提出了一种新的单端到平衡的微带Wilkinson功分器,即一个单端输入端和两个差分输出端。它可以取代传统的用两个巴伦来实现差分输出的普通功分器。本文首先利用混合S参数理论推导了一分二的单端转平衡功分器的特性参数,接着讨论了一些自由选择参数对功分器隔离度和工作带宽的影响。最后,用平面微带结构实现了这样的等功分一分二功分器,并且实测结果和仿真结果吻合。在目标功分器的中心频点处,差模传输系数优于-3.45dB,共模抑制系数优于-0.65dB,隔离度在工作带宽内优于15dB。
A Single-Ended-to-Balanced Wilkinson power divider is proposed in this paper. It has a single-ended input and two differential outputs. It can replace the traditional structure connected with a normal power divider and two baluns. The characteristics requirements of a two-way SETB Wilkinson power divider are first derived. In addition, the impacts of several freely selected design parameters on the isolation and bandwidth are discussed numerically. At last, a planar microstrip structure is designed to realize the proposed SETB power divider with equal power division. At the central frequency of the proposed power divider, the differential-mode insertion losses are better than-3.45 dB, the common-mode suppression is better than-0.65 dB and the isolation is better than 15 dB within the operation band. The simulated and measured results show good performance and good consistency.
