摘要
介绍了W波段微波功率模块(MPM)的研制进展。该MPM将实现连续波50W的输出功率,增益47dB,带宽6 GHz,尺寸370mm×180mm×45mm,模块总效率超过10%。MPM均衡放大组件能提供16.5dB以上的增益,均衡量达到7 dB;W波段行波管测试结果显示,在6GHz带宽内输出功率大于50W,整管效率为15.7%;集成电源能提供最高17kV的高压。该模块能满足雷达、通信、电子对抗等系统对W波段宽带大功率输出的要求。
This paper presents the recent progress of W band millimeter wave power module(MPM). The MPM can provide an output power of 50 W and a gain of 47 dB within 6GHz bandwidth, dimension is 380mm×180mm×50mm and the overall efficiency is over 10%. The equalizing amplifier component has a gain of 16.5dB, equilibrium is 7dB. The W band travelling wave tube(TWT) is fabricated and tested, the result shows that the output power is over 50 W within 6GHz bandwidth, TWT efficiency is 15.7%;The integrated power supply provides high voltage up to 17 kV. This module will meet the requirement of the radar, communication and electronic countermeasure system on W band broadband high power output.
