摘要
基于Ku波段大功率GaN功率放大器芯片,采用全波电磁场仿真软件优化设计,结合成熟的微组装工艺,成功研制一款小型化、大功率、高效率、多功能Ku波段12通道发射组件,该组件具备独立控制发射与关断、数控移相、自检等功能。测试结果完全满足指标要求。
This paper successfully developed a miniaturized, high-power, high efficiency and multi-function 12-channel transmitter unit, which is based on the Ku-band high-power GaN power amplifier chips, using the full wave EM software simulation to optimize design and the mature micro-assembly process. The module has the functions of independent control of transmitter, phase shifting of numerical control, module self-check, and etc. The test results meet the requirements of transmitter unit.
