摘要
滤波器是微波无源器件中重要元器件之一,悬置微带滤波器相对腔体滤波器而言具有体积小的优点,同时Q值较高,带内插入损耗较低,交指型滤波器具有较高的带外抑制。采用HFSS和Designer协同仿真的方式来快速设计此滤波器,提高设计效率,降低设计成本。基于此方法设计一款C波段悬置微带交指滤波器,插损小于3.1dB,驻波小于1.4。
Filter is an important microwave passive component. As compared with cavity filter, the suspended microstrip filter is characterized with smaller volume, higher quality factor and less insertion loss, and the filter with interdigital structure is widely used for better out-of-band suppression. A co-simulation method fulfilled by HFSS and Designer is used to design interdigital filter, which is rapid, efficient and inexpensive. A suspended microstrip interdigital filter working in C band is designed by this method. The insertion loss of this filter is less than 3.1dB, and the VSWR is less than 1.4.
