摘要
基于传统波导E面或圆波导的多工器,其计算复杂或加工难度较大,精度难以保证。提出了一种基于矩形波导双模滤波器结构的V波段毫米波多工器设计方法。一方面显著降低了复杂的计算,另一方面简化了结构设计,易于加工和装配,在保证指标设计的基础上,大大缩短了研发周期和调试时间。实物测试结果,验证了该方法的可行性和高效性。
Based on traditional waveguide E surface or circular waveguide, the multiplexer is difficult to calculate or process, and its precision is difficult to guarantee. In this paper, a design method of V-band millimeter wave multiplexer based on rectangular waveguide dual mode filter structure is proposed. The design method reduces the complexity of the calculation and simplifies the structural design, making it easy to process and assemble. On the basis of ensuring the design of the index, the development cycle and debugging time are greatly shortened. The feasibility and high efficiency of this method are verified by physical test results.
