摘要 研制了一款新型的用于Ka频段的波导功分器。该功分器基于窄边裂缝电桥设计而成,并在该结构中运用补相结构,实现功分器在工作频带内相位一致。该结构具有低回波损耗、高隔离度,实现了良好的幅度一致性和相位一致性,适合用于低剖面的大型馈线网络中。同时使用HFSS软件对这种结构进行了优化设计,仿真结果显示,该功分器在29.0~32.0GHz的频带范围内,幅度不平衡度小于0.4dB,相位不平衡度在±0.7°以内,并且输入回波损耗小于-17dB,端口隔离大于19dB。 The paper presents the design of Ka band waveguide power divider. The power divider is designed on the basis of narrow-edge crack bridge, and the phase compensation structure is used in the structure, so that the phase of the power divider is consistent in the working frequency band. The structure has low return loss and high isolation, achieves good amplitude consistency and phase consistency, and is suitable for large feeder networks with low profile. At the same time, the HFSS software is used to optimize the structure. The simulation results show that the power divider has an amplitude imbalance of less than 0.4 dB, a phase imbalance of less than 0.7, an input return loss of less than-17 dB and a port isolation of more than 19 dB in the frequency band range of 29.0 GHz to 32.0 GHz.
