摘要
本文介绍了现代仪器仪表中故障告警、自动诊断、自动检测及修复的研究应用,分析了整机系统中各电路节点状态的自监测、自诊断的方法,并给出了具备自动校正修复能力的自诊断系统设计方案,本方案可为各种微波测试仪器的自动化设计提供参考。
This paper introduces the application of fault warning、automatic fault diagnosis、automatic fault detection and automatic fault restoration in instrument,and analyzes the method of self-monitor and self-diagnose in circuit nodes of system and finally presents a scheme of fault diagnosis and self-restoration which can be the reference for the automatic design of microwave instrument.
