摘要
为满足更大功率的微波源系统需求,提出了基于超高峰值功率发射机技术的微波源方案。建立了一个200MW级高功率微波源验证系统,突破了65MW级高功率速调管发射机小型化设计、200MW级功率压缩、超大功率相控阵天线和超高峰值功率发射机监控与抗干扰等关键技术,为高功率微波源技术的研究提供了一种新的途径。介绍了微波源的应用现状和特点,阐述了微波源系统的组成、关键技术和具体的解决方案。详细介绍了超大功率发射机改进型调制器的设计,给出了脉冲变压器的仿真波形和电缆的高压电磁特性仿真图。最后对三种微波源方案进行了比较,给出了微波源系统工程化运用的改进建议。
For the needs of higher power microwave source system,a microwave source based on ultra-high peak-power transmitter technology is proposed in this paper.A 200 MW high power microwave source verification system is created,which provides a new way for microwave source technology research.Some critical technologies are broken through in this system,such as compact design of 65 MW high power klystron transmitter technology,200 MW power compression technology,ultra-high power phased array antenna,ultra-high peak-power transmitter monitoring and anti-interference technology.The application status and characteristics of microwave source are introduced.The composition of this microwave source system along with the critical technology and concrete solutions are stated.Design of improved modulator in transmitter is presented in detail.Also,the waveform of pulse transformer and the electromagnetic characteristics of cable under high pressure are simulated.At last,three research approaches of microwave source are compared,after which some improvement suggestions for microwave source system are given.
