摘要
目的 :探讨儿童进行麻疹强化免疫的疗效 ,以给今后工作提供科学依据。方法 :对方山县 2 0 0 2年春季的 5 8172名 1岁～ 14岁的儿童进行麻疹强化免疫 ,对免疫中出现超敏反应的儿童进行跟踪观察。结果 :发现过敏性紫癜 2例 ,过敏性荨麻疹 4例。结论 :提示医务工作者应对预防接种麻疹活疫苗 (MV)
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of booster immunization against measles.Methods: Booster immunization against measles was carried out in 58 172 children aged 1 to 14,and observations were made of children in whom hypersensitivity developed during the immunization.Results: Allergic purpura was observed in 2,allergic urtivaria in 4.Conclusion:It is suggested that medical staff should attach great importance to hypersen sitivity due to measles vaccine(MV) in children.
