142例女性淋病的治疗

Treatment of 142 Cases of Female Gonorrhea

目的 :探讨青霉素G、壮观霉素和氟哌酸治疗淋病的临床疗效。方法 :6 6例用青霉素G 4 80万IU分两侧臀部 1次肌肉注射 ,4 2例用壮观霉素 2 g1次肌肉注射 ,34例用氟哌酸 80 0mg1次口服。结果 :青霉素G、壮观霉素和氟哌酸的治愈率分别为 92 4 % ,95 2 % ,10 0 % ,3种药物差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :3种药物治疗淋病疗效显著 ,尤其是氟哌酸治疗淋病 ,价格适中 ,使用方便 ,是目前治疗女性淋病的理想药物 。

Objective:To study the effectiveness of penicillin G,trobicin and norfloxacini in treating gonorrhea. Methods:Intramuscular injection of penicillin G with 4 800 000 unit as a single dose was given each side of buttocks in 66 patients,intramuscular injection of trobicin 2 g as a single dose was given 42,and oral norflxacini 800 mg as a single dose was given 34.Results:The cure rates of the above medicines were 92.4%,95.2% and 100%,respectively.There were no significant differences between them(P>0.05).Conclusion:Each of the three has a significant effect,particularly the third one.It is cheap,convenient and ideal for the treatment of gonorrhea and can be widely used in clinic.
