60例急性心肌梗死病人的临床观察及护理

Observation and Care of 60 Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的 :对急性心肌梗死病人进行心电监测及精心护理 ,从而减少并发症 ,避免心源性猝死的发生 ,提高抢救成功率。方法 :对 6 0例急性心肌梗死病人实施 2 4h不间断连续床旁监测 ,根据病情实施相应护理。结果与结论 :设立中心监护病房 ,实施床旁 2 4h不间断连续床旁监测及相应的护理措施 。

Objective: Electrocardial monitoring and intensive care were carried out in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients in order to reduce the mortality,avoid cardiogenic sudden death and improve the success rate of emergency treatment.Methods: Uninterruptable bedside monitoning and appropriate care were conducted.Results and Conclusion:Intensive care unit,uninterruptable beside monitoring and nursing measures may reduce the death rate.
