Yuan Haowen, the eminent writer in Jin Dynasty, yearns for living in seclusion, but he is not willing to give up the official career and his nation. He is so eager to dedicate himself to his country, but he can’t find the exact way to achieve his goals. In his whole life, he can’t free himself from the contradiction destiny of all the scholars in Jin Dynasty, which is clearly embodied in the process of Yishanci poems.
