Present Problems and Strategies Associated with Teacher-Student Relationship

师生关系作为学校中最基本的人际关系 ,其好坏直接影响着教学理论和实践 ,影响着教学的质量和效果。本文就目前高校师生关系中存在的一些问题进行了较为深入的分析和思考 ,并就建立良好的高校师生关系提出了笔者的建议。

The teacher-student relationship is the fundamental human relationship on campus, which is an important part of teaching theory, and it also directly affects teaching practice, teaching quality and consequences of teaching. The paper conducts a relatively deep analysis and consideration of the problems of the present teacher-student relationship in universities in China. And the paper also gives advice and strategies on how to establish good relationship among students and instructors in universities.
