摘要
本文采用PAV-Ⅱ型传感器并结合计算机技术,研制开发出一种长行程位移及速度量数字化测试系统,该系统可用于速度在15m/s以下,位移在300mm范围内变化的直线运动物体的速度和位移量的测量,适用于机械自动化生产加工过程。使用结果表明,该系统设计合理,测试效果令人满意。
This paper presents the development of a digital measuring system for long range displacement and velocity based on the combination of PAV-Ⅱ mode transducer and microcomputer. The measuring system, which is suitable to be applied in the field of mechanical automatic machining processes, can be utilized to measure the displacement in the measurement range of 300 millimeter and the velocity below 15m/s of object moving in a straight line. Practical results showed that the design of the system is reasonable and the measuring performance of the system is satisfactory.
