摘要
在计算机视觉检测技术发展过程中,成本问题成为制约其推广的最大阻力。文章着重于对视觉检测技术柔性化的研究,通过建立被测目标的算法语言图库和分析图库来达到把基于具体模型的基本要素检测从模型中分离出来的目的,从而能够实现对一类检测仪器或一类检测过程的检测,检测软件和检测装置可以被重复使用,也就达到降低成本的目的;进而通过对相似体———指针式显示仪表的检测研究作为对这种概念的验证,来说明柔性视觉检测概念的可用性以及对视觉检测技术发展的指导性意义。
A systematic automated visual inspection concept that speeds up the development of such systems by increasing the flexibility is introduced.The establishment of general description language graph and analysis graph which separate the detection of primitives from the model-based process is discussed. The flexibility of the concept is demonstrated by testing the analysis process with the description of two instruments(a hygrometer and a clock),which is performed by adapting the analysis graph but without changing the algorithms. These graphs which provide a soft reuse and setup concept can be seen as a 'recipe' for solving industrial applications.
