摘要
针对计算机硬盘磁头行业生产的特殊需要,研制开发了多头同时测量的磁头自动加载力测试系统。系统采用计算机串口通讯技术、PLC控制技术、自动扫描产品条码、采集与处理测量数据、实现了自动测量与SPC实时监控;与工厂信息系统(FIS)系统实施联接,实现了生产数据的可追溯性,为生产管理现代化提供一个强有力的工具。
For the special need in HD manufacturing, an auto testing system ensuring synchronous measurement of many heads of HD, has been developed. It adopts serial communication to computer, PLC technology, auto scanning product barcode, data collecting/processing, then auto testing of gram load and SPC on real-time can be accomplished;Connection with FIS can trace back manufacturing data and provide a tool for the modernistic management.
