文化在促进人们精神发展、展现民族方面具有重要作用,要想实现中华文明的伟大复兴就要充分发挥文化的积极作用。而要想实现我国文化的大发展、大繁荣,大力发展公益性文化事业是重要举措,其中文化馆作为我国文化体系的重要组成部分,文化馆是一个地区的文化最好的展现,一个地区的文化馆中收藏着地区所有的文化精髓,我们能从一个地区的文化馆看出这个地区文化的源头,文化的发展,如何创新开展文化馆工作,是对这个地区的文化最好的展现,最好的保护。在满足人们文化需求方面发挥重要作用。本文在免费开放政策下对文化馆工作进行研究,并根据现状提出应对措施。

Culture in promoting the development,show its national spirit plays an important role,in order to achieve the great revival of Chinese civilization will give full play to the positive role of culture. To achieve great development and prosperity of culture in our country,develop the public welfare culture is the important measures,including cultural center as an important part of our country's cultural system,cultural center is the best show the culture of a region,a region's cultural centre,collect all the cultural essence of the region,we can see from a regional cultural center of the region culture origin,the development of culture,how to carry out cultural center work,innovation is the best show for the culture of this region,the best protection. Play an important role in satisfying people's cultural demand. In this paper,study of cultural center work under free and open policy,and countermeasures are proposed according to the status quo.
