拉萨市的绝大部分文物都藏在博物馆、陈列室和庙堂之内,要更好地发挥文物的文化传承价值和宣传价值,可以考虑将文物或文物复制品放置到开放的公共场所,培育新型的城市文化氛围。

Most historical relics of Lhasa city hidden in museums, galleries and temples. In order to protect the historical heritage and promote the value of historical relics, we can consider exhibiting some historical heritage outside in public places such as palace and crossroad,rather in the room. So we can cultivate a new cultural atmosphere of the city.
