高校重点学生群体,主要指那些经济上存在困难、学习成绩欠佳、日常生活中散漫、生理上和心理上存在一定缺陷或障碍从而呈现出某种不良心理的特征的非正式群体。高校重点学生群体可以划分为矫治转化类、教育帮扶类、活动覆盖类三个类别,他们具有较强的隐蔽性和变数,是影响高校不稳定因素的重要组成部分。高校重点学生群体风险控制与危机预防工作,既是立德树人的根本要求,也是维护校园安全稳定的必然选择。高校应该抓住影响校园安全的牛鼻子,重点控制特殊学生群体,从而降低校园风险发生。

The key student groups in universities mainly refer to those informal groups that have economic difficulties,poor academic performance,casual life in daily life,physical and psychological defects or obstacles so as to show some bad psychological characteristics.The key student groups in universities can be divided into three categories:correctional transformation,education assistance,and activity coverage.They have strong concealment and variability and are an important part of unstable factors affecting universities.The risk control and crisis prevention work of key student groups in universities is not only the fundamental requirement of cultivating virtue,but also the inevitable choice for maintaining campus security and stability.Colleges and universities should grasp the cow nose that affects campus safety,focus on controlling special student groups,so as to reduce campus risks.
