经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石的临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石的方法与效果。方法:对2012~2013年收治的复杂性肾结石患者180例进行治疗,并随机分成观察组和对照组,每组90例。观察组采取经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜手术治疗,对照组单纯采取经皮肾镜取石术治疗,对比两组手术时间、住院时间、结石清除率、并发症等情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、住院时间明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P【0.05);观察组结石清除率明显优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜治疗复杂性肾结石具有治疗彻底,安全性高等多方面特点,值得普及应用。 Objective:To study the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope for complex kidney stones.Methods:180 cases of complex kidney stones admitted at our hospital from 2012 to 2013 were treated,and randomly divided into observation group and control group (n =90 each).The patients in observa-tion group were subjected to percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscope,and those in control group were given percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Operation time,hospital stay,stone clearance rate,and complica-tions were compared between two groups.Results:The operation time,and hospital stay were significantly shorter in observation group than in control group (P <0.05).The stone clearance rate,and incidence of complication in ob-servation group were significantly lower than in control group (P <0.05).Conclusions:Percutaneous nephrolithoto-my combined with flexible ureteroscope for complex kidney stones was safe and effective.
