机器人辅助下根治性前列腺切除术的不同入路选择

Different surgical approaches of robotic assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

机器人辅助下根治性前列腺切除(RALP)目前在欧美国家已广泛开展,随着国内机器人手术的不断普及,RALP的手术例数不断增加,在部分大型医疗中心已经成为前列腺癌根治的首选术式。RALP常规分为经腹途径和腹膜外途径2种,随着技术的不断进步和对局部解剖认识的不断加深,进一步发展了不同入路的手术类型并逐渐见诸报道。本文就RALP的各种手术入路的选择及开展状况进行综述。

Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(RALP)in Europe and the United States has been widely carried out nowadays.And as domestic robot-assisted surgical operations become more widespread,the number of surgical cases of RALP is also increasing.What's more,RALP has become the preferred choice for patients with prostate cancer in some large medical centers.RALP was divided into transabdominal and retroperitoneal procedures.However,with the continuous progresses in technology and the understanding of the local anatomy,it changes.On the basis of the further development,the different types of surgical approaches were gradually reported.In this paper,a variety of the surgical approaches and development of RALP are reviewed.
