摘要
前列腺癌发病率逐年上升,多参数磁共振成像(MRI)在前列腺癌的早期发现和诊断中发挥着重要作用。其中动态增强MRI定量分析通过反映组织灌注和肿瘤微血管通透性等血流动力学信息,显著提高了前列腺癌诊断的准确性。本文就动态增强MRI定量分析的原理、可重复性及其在前列腺癌诊断中的应用进行综述。
The incidence of prostate cancer has been increasing and multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging is emerging as a useful clinical technique for detecting and diagnosing prostate cancer.Quantitative analysis of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)has greatly improved the diagnostic accuracy of prostate cancers by measuring tissue perfusion and vascular permeability.This review focused on the basic principles,reproducibility and clinical applications of quantitative DCE-MRI analysis in diagnosis of prostate cancer.
