腹腔镜下膀胱阴道瘘修补术(附8例报道)

Laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula(8cases report)

目的:探讨腹腔镜技术在膀胱阴道瘘修补手术中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2013年7月~2016年1月接受腹腔镜下膀胱阴道瘘修补术的8例患者资料,对其手术方法进行分析,并记录手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,术后随访6~12个月。结果:8例患者手术均获成功,无一例中转行开放手术。手术时间84~130(平均102)min;手术出血量30~80(平均52)ml;术后住院时间6~10(平均7.8)d。随访6~12(平均8.6)个月,无一例出现漏尿。结论:腹腔镜下膀胱阴道瘘修补术具有创伤小、患者恢复快、疗效确切的优点,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective:To explore the application of laparoscopic technique in the repair of vesicovaginal fistula.Methods:Eight patients with vesicovaginal fistula in our hospital were reviewed from July 2013 to January 2016.All patients underwent laparoscopic repair operation,and the surgical methods were summarized.The operative time,surgical blood loss,and hospital stay were recorded.All of the patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.Results:The operative procedures for all 8 patients were successful,without any requirement for open surgery.Surgical time was 84-130(mean:102)min,the operative blood loss was 30-80(mean:52)mL,the postoperative stay was 6-10(mean:7.8)days.During the follow up of 6-12(mean:8.6)months,no recurrence was found.Conclusions:Laparoscopic repair of vesicovaginal fistula is an effective and feasible surgery with less blood loss and less surgery damage and shorter recovery time.
