机器人辅助技术在膀胱癌外科治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 机器人辅助技术、腹腔镜技术以及开放手术在临床外科治疗中各有特点。其中机器人辅助技术是一种让病情复杂以及高龄患者得到治疗的微创技术,不仅较开放手术对机体打击小,而且还能避免普通腹腔镜手术操作的诸多不便。目前机器人辅助技术在泌尿外科领域中发展迅速,尤其在膀胱癌根治手术中的应用比重逐年增加。现就机器人辅助技术在膀胱癌外科治疗中的应用内容进行综述。 Robot assisted technology,laparoscopic radical cystectomy and open surgery are still different in clini?cal surgical treatment. Robot-assisted technology is a minimally invasive techniques that can make the complex dis?ease and the elderly patients receive treatment. Robot-assisted technology not only has less impact on the body,but al?so avoids the disadvantage of general laparoscopic radical cystectomy. At present,robot-assisted technology is devel?oping rapidly in the field of urological surgery,especially in the radical operation of bladder cancer. This paper mainly discusses the application of robot-assisted technique in the surgical treatment of bladder cancer.
