厂网分开引起电网损耗增加的成因分析

摘要 电力公司作为电能消耗的大户,降低电网损耗不仅具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,而且还可积极促进电力体制改革的进一步深化。本文对厂网分开后及电力市场建立后可能引起电网损耗上升的成因,归纳了5个方面的问题,并有针对性地提出了律议措施,对电网经营企业制定节能降损措施及促进电力市场交易平台的规范建立具有一定的参考价值。 As a major electricity consumer, the job for electric power corporations in reducing line loss and saving resource has economical and social benefits, and also is helpful to deepen the electricity reform. This paper summarizes five aspects of problems based on the reasons for the possible line loss increase after separation of power network and electricity generating companies and establishment of electricity market. The corresponding comments and measures are put forward, which are reference to some extent for network companies to develop resource saving and line loss cutting measures, and for standardizing and establishing the electricity market dealing platform.
