摘要 针对首阳山电厂300MW汽轮机调节系统伺服阀经常发生卡涩、被迫停机更换等问题,提出采用抗污染性能较强的直接驱动式伺服阀(DDV)对原伺服阀进行改型的改造方案,并在4号机组上进行了实施,改造至今运行状况良好,历经多次启停,伺服阀没有出现卡涩现象。 Seizing-up of servo-valve frequently occurred in the electro-hydraulic speed governing system of 300 MW steam turbines in Shouyangshan power plant and the units had to be shutdown to replace the servo-valve. In view of this problem, the retrofitting scheme was put forward: to adopt the direct driven servo-valve (DDV) with strong anti-pollution property to retrofit the original servo-valve. This scheme has been applied to No.4 unit in Shouyangshan Power Plant with good operation result gained, no seizing-up occurred on servo-valve during many times of start-up and shutdown of unit.
