Vibration analysis and failure diagnosis expert system based upon power plant's real time platform

针对目前故障诊断专家系统存在的问题,指出建立故障诊断专家系统知识库范围的重要性及建立 故障诊断知识库5个方面的具体内容,并应用上述研究成果开发了基于电厂实时数据平台的故障诊断专家 系统。该诊断系统已运用于现场机组的故障诊断。

This paper points out the main problems existing currently in the failure diagnosis expert system, discusses the importance of building knowledge base scope of failure diagnosis expert system as well as the five aspect contents of failure diagnosis knowledge base. By applying the aforementioned study achievements, the failure diagnosis expert system based upon the power plant's real time data platform has been developed and used in the failure diagnosis of power plant.
