摘要
电厂锅炉中含粉气流流速能否实现在线监测,关键取决于一次测量元件如何避免被堵塞。通过详 实的试验数据,介绍一种能有效克服气流中固体颗粒堵塞传压管的一次测量元件及测量系统。研究及应用 结果表明,采用反吹式靠背管作为含粉气流流速测量系统的一次元件,不但很好地解决了传压管路堵塞问 题,而且系统的测量精度也非常高。
To avoid the plugging of primary measurement element is a key problem to the realization of flow velocity on-line monitoring of pulverized coal borne air of utility boiler. This paper introduces one kind of primary measurement element and measurement system which can effectively prevent the pressure transmission tube from being plugged by solid particles in the airflow through the full and accurate test data. The study and application results show that, to adopt counter blowing type back-supported tube as the primary element of measurement system of pulverized coal borne air flow, has not only solved the plugging problems of pressure transmission tube very well, but also the measurement accuracy of system is very high.
