摘要
论述罗氏线圈电子式电流互感器研发工作中各环节的误差、干扰及处理措施,提出温度变化时骨架、线圈的变化差异及复合影响的分析方法,采用线圈的温度老练方法使其尽快达到稳定状态。采用罗氏线圈新型回绕线技术和严格的线圈绕制工艺,保证了罗氏线圈的抗外界磁场干扰性能。对于样机进行了大量的实验检测,证明回绕线是一个非常有效的抗干扰措施,按照本文方法制作的罗氏电流互感器满足0.5级准确度要求,完全可用于电力系统的保护和监控。
The errors, interferences and dealing of Rogowski coil electronic current transducer during its development are discoursed in this paper. And the analytical method of the influence of the temperature on coil and the application of the temperature ageing in the coil stabilization has been brought forth. It is also stressed that the coil and the new type return wire be wound with strict techniques makes very efficient anti-interference for the coil. The findings, based on many of tests, prove that the return wire is of very efficient anti-interference, and that the sample can achieve the guideline of 0.5 degree, which is adequate for the protection and monitoring of power system.
