摘要
用反向间接血凝试验测定乙型肝炎表面抗原是体检普查工作中的一项基本内容.体检工作量大,任务重,时间紧.运用数理统计方法处理,采用四人一组,将四人血清等量混合后验血方法,通过试验,取得了较好的效益.可以减少验血工作量达35.5%.在我院的检验工作中,平均每年可节省检验师一人七天的工作量,同时创造经济效益710元.
The inverse method of indirect coagulability test is commonly used to examine the hepatitis B surface antigen in medical check-up. However,the test is effort-and-time -consumed. With the help of the statistics approach we applied the method of testing the serum mixed by 4 persons in the same quantity. This method has proven, through the practice, as satisfactory and beneficial by reducing the work 35.5%. Applied in the general medical check-up of our college, the method saved the work amount 7 days/person in a year,and at the same time produced economic value amounting to 710 yuan (Remingbi).
