摘要
目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声仪在快速准确地判断高压电损伤后组织损伤程度中的应用价值。方法 新西兰白兔 1 2只 ,用高压电造成重度损伤模型。伤肢分别行彩色多普勒超声检测 ,解剖和组织学观察皮下组织、肌肉组织及血管损伤情况。结果 ( 1 )在不同的时相点下各组织损伤程度不同 ;( 2 )高压电损伤后各种组织的受损范围不同 :血管 >肌肉组织 >皮下组织 ;( 3 )高压电损伤后血管损伤超出创面范围 ,高压电损伤对创面及其邻接区血管损伤因损伤程度不同表现各异。结论 彩色多普勒超声技术具有无创的特点 ,可直观快速地显示高压电损伤后皮下组织、肌肉组织及血管的形态学改变 ,准确判断损伤程度 ,其图像变化与肉眼及病理结果的一致性提高这种无创技术在电损伤中具有较大的应用价值。
Objective Te explore the application of ulteasonography in the diagnosis of high-tension electric burns.Methods Twelve New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups according to buru couditions,then color doppler ultrasonography.Biopsy and pathomorphological examination were used to detect the to subcuutaneous and muscular tissue and blood vessels.Results (1) It was found that the degree of injuries varied in different times and different tissue. (2) The tissue damage degree and the limits caused by the high-tensiou electric burns were different.Generally speaking,the damage limits of blood vessels were more serious than those in other tissues,such asvskin,subcutaneous tissue and muscles. (3) Blood vessel damages in the injured Sections and their contiguous areas were different.Condusuns Being a non-invasive examination ultrasonoqrapay can directy demonstrate the morphologic after high tension electric burn,which can help determine the injury drgree.The accordanic of the examinations by ultrasonography with the observation by macro and microscope suggested this non-traumatic technique had potential value,in the diagnosis of high tension burns.
