极低体重早产儿感染与高血糖的关系

The Infection of Very Low Birth Weight Premature Infant and Hyperglycemia

目的 探讨极低出生体重早产儿感染与高血糖的关系。方法 对我院 2 0 0 2年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 3月存活出院的极低出生体重早产儿血糖及感染情况进行分析。结果 非感染组患儿 2 5例 ,仅 1例发生高血糖 ,发生率 4 %;感染组患儿 15例 ,发生高血糖 13例 ,发生率 86 6 7%。结论 极低出生体重早产儿如发生不明原因的高血糖 ,则提示可能有感染存在。

Objective To explore the relationship between infection and hyperglycemia of very low birth weight premature infants.Methods Retrospective analysis was applied in the blood glucose level and the infections of very low birth weight premature infants who survived during the period of 2002.1 to 2003.3 in Anyang Maternal and child Health Care Hospital.Results There was only one case of hyperglycemia in 25 non-infected infants with an incidence of 4%,but 13 cases of hyperglycemia in 15 infected infants with an incidence of 86.67%. Conclusions Infection may be exist in the very low birth weight infants with hyperglycemia.
