摘要
本文系统研究了大型发电机、汽轮机转子用钢34CrNi3Mo、26Cr2Ni4MoV、30CrNiMoly的氢致脆化。实验测定了这三种钢的无白点极限含氢量与无氢脆极限含氢量。试验结果表明,当钢中含氢量不大于4.5ppm时,氢对上述三种钢的强度极限和屈服极限无甚影响。
This paper deals with the hydrogen induced embrittlement of large generator and turbine steels 34CrNi3Mo, 26Cr2Ni4MoV and 30CrNiMol V. The nonflake britical hydrogen content and the threshold of hydrogen content without hydrogen induced embrittlement of these steels had been measured.The experimental results show that the hydrogen has no influence upon the ultimate and yield strength of these steels, if the hydrogen content in
them is no more than 4.5 ppm.
