摘要
以第36届世界体操锦标赛高低杠决赛和半决赛的选手为对象,对当前世界高低杠技术从飞行动作、换杠连接动作和动作质量的发展与创新等方面进行了探索;并对我国年轻选手失利的原因做了简要分析,希望能对我国高低杠的训练提供参考。
According to the objects of athletes who take part in the half and final competition of 36th international gymnastics championship, the author analyzes the uneven bars techniques' development and innovation from ilying, bars change and join, execution quality and so on, and also points out the main disadvantaged reasons of our young athletes, and hope it to be helpful to training.
