本文提出以相对湿度为考察指标,对斜面孢子进行质量考察,同时对实验结果进行讨论,选出最适宜菌种生长的最佳相对湿度,提高菌种质量。

In this article,we suggest that the relativity-humidity can be used as the marker of inspecting the quality of the slant pore.We draw the results of the experinments in to discussion to find the best fitted relativity-humidity in order to improve the quality of the slant pore.
