摘要
本文绘制了Fe-Mn-C系与Fe-Si-C系在1000℃加热时奥氏体中碳的等活度线图。应用等活度线图分析了三种不同情况下碳原子的扩散规律;合金钢在加热时,奥氏体的均匀化存在碳原子的快速扩散与碳和合金元素的同步均匀化两个阶段;奥氏体中有合金元素偏析存在时,碳原子的分布规律及其对奥氏体转变产物的影响;综合考虑合金元素对Ar_3和α_c^r两方面的影响,对带状组织的成因进行了分析。
In this paper, carbon isoactivity curves in austenite for Fe-Mn-C and Fe-Si-C alloys are drawn when the temperature is 1000℃. The laws of carbon diffusion in three different cases with isoactivity curves are analyzed, and
two stages of homogenizing austenite when alloy steels is being heated are also analyzed. One stage is the quick diffusion of carbon, the other is the syn-chronous homogenization of alloy atoms and carbon atoms. This paper also
deals with the partition law of carbon atoms when there are segregation of alloy atoms in austenite, and analyses the influence of this law on the austeniti-zing product. Finally, the influence of alloy on Ar3 and arc, is considered and
the principle of forming the banded structure is analysed.
