本文考察了欧洲、美洲和非洲这三大洲的国际组织框架下的人权保护机构及程序或制度,简析了亚洲地区国际人权保护机构的发展情况,进而对区域性国际组织及其创设的区域人权保护机构促进国际人权法实施的机制做进一步评析,并指出区域性人权机构比全球性人权机构向个人提供了更为有效的权利救济机制。

This paper examines the human rights protection bodies,procedures and systems of the regional international organizations in Europe,America and Africa,and expounds the development of the international protection bodies of human rights in Asian area,and then makes further comments on the implementation mechanism of the organizations and their bodies in respect of promoting international human rights law.The paper points out that regional human rights bodies provide individuals with more effective remedy mechanism than global human rights bodies.
