淄博市医院消毒工作质量监测

Surveillance of sterilization quality in hospitals of Zibo City

目的 了解淄博市医院消毒工作状况。 方法 对细菌污染与紫外线灯辐射照度值进行检测。 结果 3 4所医院的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液的合格率分别为 48.3 9%～ 80 .3 9%、65 .73 %～ 95 .2 9%、5 1.60 %～ 85 .0 0 %和 47.3 0 %～ 96.15 %。各项合格率差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。

Objective In order to know the quality of disinfection work in hospitals of Zibo city. Methods Bacterial contamination and ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity were examined. Results The eligible rates of indoor air,surfaces of various articles,the hands of medical workers and disinfectant solutions used in 34 hospitals were 48.39%～80.39%,65.73%～95.29%,51.60%～85.00%,47.30%～96.15% respectively.There were significant differences among comparative eligible rates (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Having hygiene license ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity of eligible rates were more(96.15%)than not having hygiene license(62.15%). Conclusion To strengthcn the managemcnt of disinfection work and implement the disinfectant requlations is very important.
