摘要
本文介绍了5CrMnMo钢的涂料硼锆共渗研究。结果表明:共渗层具有高硬度(1600~1800HV0.1)、高的耐磨性和热硬性,用该工艺处理的5CrMnMo钢制链中心推杆的使用寿命提高4倍以上。该工艺操作简便、适用性强而可靠、成本低、经济效益显著。
This paper mainly deals with the Boron-Zirconizing process of 5CrMnMo steel by pasting method. The experimental results show that the diffusion layer of the specimen possesses higher hardness(1600-1800HVO.1), good red-hard-ness, high wear-resistance and lower brittleness. After treated with this process, the service life of the core push rod of 5CrMnMo steelfor chain making unitmay be prolonged to four times than that with onventionalprocess.
