摘要 近年来,农村用电负荷的快速增长,使农村配电网逐渐暴露出电压偏低的问题,现有的无功优化模式已不能满足实际的需求。本文针对农村供电现状,提出了基于以电网实时监测为基础,以用电管理为核心的变电站、线路、配变电压无功三级联调控制技术的无功优化模式,以提高电能质量、降低线损为目的,为治理农网"低电压"现象提出了有效的整体解决方案。通过实践,该方法有效治理了农村"低电压"现象,同时降低了线损,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。 In recent years,the rural distribution network has gradually revealed the problem of low voltage because of rapid growth in electricity load in rural areas.The existing reactive power optimization model can not meet the actual demand.For the status of rural power supply,in this paper,a method based on real-time monitoring with grid-based,power management as the core of the substations,lines,distribution transformer voltage three coordinated control of reactive power optimization of the new model is proposed.The new model will enhance distribution network power quality management to improve voltage,quality and reduce operating line loss,for the rural'low voltage'comprehensive overall solution proposed.Through practice,this method has good effective governance of the 'low-voltage' phenomenon in rural areas,while reducing line loss,and achieves good social and economic benefits.
