基于EtherCAT网络的多功能数据采集仪设计

摘要 在海洋工程物理模拟实验中,需要实时采集压力、流速、浪高等信号,并将这些信号传输给上位机进行数据分析,为工程设计及科学研究提供必要的依据。然而,该领域信号种类多样,包括电流、电压、微小的应变信号等,要求传感器数量多而且需要满足高实时性数据传输等特点。本文为满足该类信号的测量设计了一款高精度实时数据采集仪,实现对多路模拟信号的采集,通过EtherCAT网络将数据传送至PC机,系统具有数据转换精度高,控制简单方便,传输延时较小等优点。 It is a common method to simulate the actual waves by using the ocean wave machine,in addition,the parameters of wave can be transmitted to PC for further process,such as the pressure,flow rate,wave height etc.However,the demand of data acquirement and transmitting system is very highly,because the signal types of this system are various,include current signal,voltage signal,tiny strain signal and so on,besides that,the amount of sensors is very huge too.In this paper,we designed a high precision,real-time data acquisition instrument,in order to satisfy the requirement of the situation.The instrument realizes signal collection of multi-channels and transfers the data to desktop computer throuth the EtherCAT network,which is a real-time industrial Ethernet,the system has the function that high precision,easy control and smaller transmission delay etc.
