虽然现在人们的科学技术在不断的发展,而且改造自然的能力也越来越强大,但是面带大自然的灾害我们依然显得十分弱小,特别是洪灾面前,我们采取预防为主的防御措施,在这个过程当中科学技术依然扮演着一个很重要的作用,遥感在防洪减灾当中起着强大的作用。本文主要对遥感在防洪减灾当中的应用进行研究。

Although nowadays people in unceasing development of science and technology,and ability to transform nature is becoming more and more strong,but with the nature of disasters,we still seem to be very weak,especially before flooding,we adopt preventive defensive measures,in the process of science and technology still plays a very important role,remote sensing plays a powerful role in the middle of the flood control and disaster mitigation.This paper mainly research on the application of remote sensing in flood control and disaster mitigation.
