摘要
温控阀是安装在居民家里散热器前端使室温恒定地保持在用户设定的水平的供暖控制阀门,是供暖系统流量调节最主要调节设备。本文采用目前最先进的非线性规划计算方法——序列二次规划法对自力式温控阀中的记忆合金弹簧进行优化设计,以寻找合理的记忆合金弹簧组设计参数,为自力式温控阀产品设计提供参考。
Temperature control valve is a heating control valve mounted in the radiator front-end to keep the room temperature constant in the level set by users,which is the main regulating equipment in heating system flow control.This paper focuses on the optimization design of valve memory alloy spring group in self-operated thermostatic by using the most advanced nonlinear programming calculation method--Sequential Quadratic Programming in order to find reasonable design parameters of memory alloy spring group and to provide reference for self-operated temperature control valve product design.
